Rejoining forces with Allie Beth Allman to open their new Southlake office affords my clients and myself the opportunity to partner with their powerful branding department allowing me an even more extensive array of marketing solutions.

I have resided in Southlake for more than eighteen years with my husband, Ben, and my Maltese, Koda. I have two grown children that I raised in Southlake; a daughter, Natalie, who lives in Grapevine and assists my husband and me in our advertising firm, and a married son, Matthew, who is an attorney in Los Angeles. I have served in many volunteer positions for Missions International, which is headquartered in Southlake, Texas. I have also co-chaired a committee for the Dallas Symphony, the Southlake Carroll Education Foundation and many other Southlake Carroll School District events.

Jennifer Spielvogel

I started my professional career in commercial finance, but it was through my own personal experiences of buying and selling, as well as a number of career enhancing relocations with my family that fueled the fire that compels me to serve the real estate needs of others and allows me to bring a first-hand knowledge and understanding to my real estate career.

In my real estate practice, I believe that buying and selling a home is a very personal journey that is unique to every client, and I feel a vital part of a successful experience is an agent who understands the wants and needs of their client and is committed to providing exceptional care, compassion and consistent communication to deliver results. To meet specific requirements of both buyers and sellers, I will work diligently, listen intently and provide comprehensive market knowledge to each and every client. A home is one of your biggest life investments, and complete trust, honesty and patience is a vital requirement to an effective relationship. Understanding your needs will enable a personalized plan tailored to them, while dedication, enthusiasm and heart will turn your real estate needs into reality.

My family moved to Southlake several years ago and we have found it to be a seamless transition for us. We were not only drawn by the low cost of living, steady and continued economic growth, moderate weather, exemplary education and abundant entertainment and recreation choices available to us here, we have truly come to embrace the warm, friendly neighbors, traditions and wide array of fun and fantastic activities and events that are a part of its extraordinary culture. Which is precisely why my husband and I are proud to call Southlake our home where we will continue raise our two wonderful children along with our newest family member, our dog Hudson.

I consider it a great responsibility, but also a privilege and a pleasure helping clients find the perfect place to call home. The pillars of my beliefs are to provide the highest level of professional and ethical service so I may prove worthy of your trust and exceed your expectations to become a true advisor and friend.
